    Appetizers

    300 gr. endives, 2 apples, the juice of ½ lemon, 2 tablespoons pine nuts, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 Genovese pesto sauce, salt.

    ½ jar tartufata (truffle sauce), 4 slices of bread, 1 knob of fresh butter.

    5 sliced onions, ½ jar olive and peppers paste, 2 red peppers seeded and cut into strips, ½ cup of fresh cream, ½ small cup of extra virgin olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, salt.

    400 gr. boiled potatoes, peeled and sliced, 1 jar olive and peppers paste, 1 sliced onion, 1 handful of pecorino or parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.

    4 eggs, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 jar hot pepper paste, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley.

    1 2-pound chicken, 4 tablespoons rice, 1 jar Cream of Porcini Mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery, 1 leek, 1 bay leaf, salt.

    2 properly ripe avocados, 1 jar artichoke paste, 1 can tuna, juice of ½ lemon, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt, paprika.

    ½ jar Cream of Salmon.
